The Little Children and Jesus - Mark 10:13-16
“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them.
Our Children are Kings and Queens in God’s Kingdom.
We must value and empower them to receive what belongs to them. To know the Good News of Christ. To understand their parts to play in God’s plan. To have the knowledge and resources to produce fruit in His name. This starts with them vocalizing their dreams and hopes for the future.
Our Purpose is to seek God’s Kingdom and will in our world.
God’s Kingdom is meant to be both on Earth and in Heaven. We seek to teach our children to believe in His Kingdom as we empower them to help bring it into fruition. This starts by enriching our youth.
